Payment Structure:
- 25% of total cost to reserve the trip.
- 75% remaining cost is paid by November 28th (60 days before trip). Link will be emailed or can be accessed here.
Trip Dates: February 4th to 11th
Details:
- Includes ground transport from airport to hotel and back
- Includes 2-person shared room and all meals from pickup to drop-off. Add roommate name at in checkout notes.
- If private room is desired, add here before Dec 4th.
- Includes activities and transportation to them

Note: If trip fails to meet the minimum required travelers, then reservation deposits will be returned.
Cancelation Policy: Reservation deposits can be refunded prior to 60 days before the trip. After 60 days before to the trip the deposit can not be refunded. Cancelation after full payment and less than 60 days has a $500 fee.
