Description
This is the main trip payment that is due 60 days before trip (Nov 28th or Dec 4th for Jan 28th and Feb 4th trips). This is intended to be made after the 25% reservation.
- Includes ground transport from airport to hotel and back
- Includes shared room and all meals from pickup to drop-off. Add roommate name at in checkout notes.
- If private room is desired, add here if available.

Trip Minimum Met: Please book flights sooner than later to save money.
Cancelation Policy: Reservation deposit can be refunded prior to 60 days before the trip. After 60 days prior to the trip the deposit can no be refunded. Cancelation after full payment and less than 60 days has a $500 fee.
